As MuseumGhost said, there are plenty of people out there that could care less if you have a pimple or whatnot. They're most interested in who you are, not what you are (an important distinction).

In answer to the question though, I'm not attractive or beautiful and I get no feedback to the contrary so I guess it doesn't matter.
