Bichon Frise and poodles are good for allergies because they don't shed. A standard poodle would be good - they're really smart and not yappy like the little poodles. Bichons are smart and quiet too but are smaller. I have many allergies and asthma and I had a Bichon for 8 years. No allergy problems at all.
