Great.... I'm so freaking tired from barely sleeping all of last week, had a rough weekend... and stupid me didn't call my T on friday, and when I saw her for group today I didn't tell her how tired I am... I know, I screwed up, and now I'm on my own until my session on Friday. Hopefully by then she'll realize how tired I am and will help me with that!
