Spaz, I think it's what the PR people call "spin." They're trying to cheer up women who are clearly at a time of month that makes them unhappy! LOL I think it's kind of cute. What brand was it?

I bought some in desperation (they were out of my regular brand) that come in green wrappers -- not sure I like those any better. But I think I'm going to be prejudiced against anything having to do with the whole affair.
