you unintentionly raise a point. Its something ive made comments on before , people with sz are concerned about the meticulousness of delusions , sadly most possibly , through no fault of their own. But delusion does not reality make. Its a philosophical conundrum , better to be , hopeful and deluded? or materially despondent? I think there is another option , where people can embrace reality , even if its only an aspiration.
