It's been a week since I opened my incision, and it's still having drainage so I got up the courage and made an appointment with my primary care doctor for tomorrow afternoon. I told the receptionist how my incision got opened, and then an hour later my actual doctor called. Since I was in the car with my husband, I didn't answer so she left a message saying that she needs to talk to me about what's going on and that she thinks we need to speak with my therapist as well.

Now I'm completely panicking, I'm thinking about cancelling my appointment all together. I really don't want to face her, even though she's talked to my therapist before, knows of the overdosing and that I do cut. But I'm panicking thinking that she'll want to hospitalize me tomorrow.

I never called her back, and I have group tomorrow, so I'm hoping I can catch my therapist quickly beforehand and see if he can call her before my appointment time to talk about it.
