A little more of me? I don't post much in PTSD any more, for reason... but..

you know I mentioned the Virtual reality session using flying etc... and I did really well considering, though the memories of the area I was injured at came through... well I slept ok... but this morning while I was driving I had flashbacks of many of the injury auto accidents I have worked over the years... most before the injury I think... how weird is that? WOnder why the brain dug those up! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Distract yourself pegasus. You don't have to dwell on the stuff... what the brain needs to do it will do...
