I also would suggest if there is ever a forum people want added, to email DocJohn via a PM (private msg). If he gets enough requests for a particular forum type, he may be convinced to add it. For instance if just one person asked for a forum for bowlers with OCD, he probably won't add that! But he received a lot of PM's from people with Psychotic disorders, or Substance Abuse d/o's, I'm sure he could be convinced to add those forum as well.

My guess is that it's about anticipated usage.
