I don't think I'll contacther until Friday. Yes, it's difficult, but I can handle this as I'm not working this week. We'll talk about this when we discuss my diary card on Friday as I've mentioned on it how bad I sleep, and that I've had to use benzos.

At least now I've realized where these sleeping issues come from, and I hope we'll be able to at least partially sort them out.
