Oh I can most def def identify with you, without a doubt. I've been depressed for about 5 months now and like you never want to get out of bed, even thinking about the day ahead is enough to make me stay in bed. I've asked for help from my Psych Dr but she is pretty useless, saying that antidepressants don't work, so I have to make do with having a little ''chat'' to my therapist and that should make everything fine!! I don't agree, everything is NOT fine and any amount of ''chatting'' won't change things. It's getting so I don't even go to therapy and don't want to change clothes or wash now.
Are you receiving any help? If not why don't you try and have a word with your GP? If you are honest they may offer to treat you, or refer you on to a Psych Dr. My situation is not normal, most Psych Dr's will offer therapy and med help. Please try to have a word with a mental health professional. HUGZZ. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
