I have a terrible time with binge eating, especially sweets. Sometimes I can't believe the sheer amount of sugary food I can put away. I know I have to get back to a low carb eating plan as it stops the cravings, but it's so hard to get myself started. It's so frustrating as I end up hating myself for not having any self control.
I sometimes think it's like my brain needs the junk food for quick stress relief but after the binge I'm stressed about the binge..and around and around we go. Akkkkk.
