A job position that I'm interested in came up and I have ties with the facility. I really want the job, but change makes me nervous since I strive for consistency. My anxiety is kind of bad since I never worked this kind of job before. Everyone is telling me to go after it and it will be great. Positive thoughts and calmness is what I need the most. I think I'm going to go to bed early since my hallucinations are increasing my anxiety. I keep smelling water and feel like I'm underwater.
