Yeah I didn't nod physically but I did mentally... lately my appetite has been up and down but I am having medicine issues so that could be part of it but usually If I crave something like say cupcakes I tend to buy a whole box then buy 2-4 different other snack/sweets to go with it and I almost always eat it all in one night..
