Yeah thats me too. I find if i eat more protein, my craving for sweets isnt nearly as bad. I can get by with calcium chews for dessert! But the trick is to eat the protein before the sweet cravings start, otherwise its too late and im too hungry. I dont work (im old) so i set a schedule to eat breakfast by noon, lunch by 4 pm, and dinner by 8 pm. Then close the kitchen as they say.
