Not quite deficient, but my neurologist would like it added, as it can help repair the coating to my nervous system. I'm not a fan of adding more pills, to my life. I've added more vitamin d, to my life, by drinking more milk. Which has the calcium benefits, too. I'm at an age, where adding calcium can help keep my bones strong lifelong. Finding, it's benefiting my moods and sleep, too.
Bummer on cholesterol. Is is stress induced? Will there be retesting of it, before meds are the solution?
