I agree with that.
Like people complaining about their jobs or the weather continuously; find the positive in it. Nothing is perfect; it's better to roll with it. For an example people complain about winter all the time. I find the beauty in it the pretty white snow and artsy look the trees get with freezing rain. Yes, it can be dangerous, that's why you've got to be extra cautious.
My manager may have his downs but nobody is perfect and what helps motivate him is other positive people being around him to help with the business.
Like today I am going to talk to him about what I've been seeing going on with people not using gloves. There doesn't have to be any pointing people out I am just going to tell him to have it so people are required to wear sanitary gloves at all times when handling ready to eat foods. I had enough of seeing it around the building and it needs to be required in any food service. And many of these people are most likely going to listen to the upper management more so that an employee (Me).
