No that's not stupid at all (!!) sometimes everything has taken so much out of you that there isn't a lot to pin anything on, or sometimes there's so many conflicting things going on that it's hard to find a base (or it's "shutdown").
While there's nothing really predominant there though perhaps you can see that as a "blankish" canvas, so maybe use as much control as you can to start overriding things and start pulling on what you'd like to be pulling on as much as possible, and the strength within you.Try and make that canvas into what you want it to be.
