Welcome. I wish I had a solution for you, but I'm still a smoker. If it helps any, I'm 52 & have been smoking since I was 15. I'm really starting to feel it -- I get out of breath so easily. So, I'm sorry I don't have a solution, but I hope a glimpse of what's down the road might foster your wish to stop smoking.
