because each location, treatment provider, race, culture ....has their own definitions of whats abuse and what isnt, the only people that can tell you whether this is just curiosity or abuse would be your own treatment providers, your own locations law enforcement or your own racial/cultures authoritative panel or team....

example in

my state its the state police, city police, county police that say what is abusive and what isnt...

country wise its the USA government (governors, senators, mayors....) that make the laws of whats abuse and what isnt..

with in my cultural background it is the tribal elders that say what is and isnt abuse in my culture...

sometimes each of these conflict with each other but I know which standard to go by when...

example when I am visiting relatives on the reservation or in my cultures tribal communities I know I must go according to their laws

when I am at work in NY I most go by the state/and county of definition of abuse.

because every one here posts from their own points of view and their own laws in their own location/culture....what ever by asking us you will get many conflicting answers some saying yes this is curiosity and others saying no this is abuse..ultimately only you and those who make the laws and definitions in your location/culture what ever are the ones that will definitively know whether this is abuse or curiosity....

my suggestion contact those in authority or those who may know what the laws and definitions in your location are such as your treatment providers, your police department...... they will know whether this is just curiosity or abuse.
Thanks for this!
