I know it's her house and all, but she has a daughter who is having a hard time. Your kids need to come first, especially if they are having a hard time....
I'm sorry your mom is in denial. It would be hard to hear that your kid has something going on so serious. But, it makes me mad when parents just blow it off. That's what happened to me, and it's so wrong to leave your kids to fend for themselves like that.
