My girlfriend must have been just frustrated. She is all in now.

But I've been to a Navigator with my mental health case manager and they are looking up higher on the ladder to find out. Originally I went to Medicaid myself (in Nov '13) and they couldn't tell me then. 2 weeks ago we talked to the Navigator. I'm willing to wait if it works out for us that way. My girlfriend works full-time and has her own insurance, but it's nothing like Medicaid. I go through about $1500 in meds alone, not counting doctor visits and lab work, that only Medicaid can cover. We've turned down private insurance because it's too costly and doesn't compare to Medicaid.

So, we're waiting and hoping.
