I tend to overwhelm people too so live a solitary life. I do things that make me feel good to make me feel better or things that distract me from my emotions. read, watch tv, paint, puzzle books. ive gotten very good at disconnecting from my feelings by doing other things. I try to focus on things that make me feel better about myself. what are my strengths? focus on positive thoughts to make me feel good. this keeps me from getting depressed. take care.
