I feel for you. I have similar anxiety. It is so hard to get through the day. Talking really helps but only for little while then it starts again. It has been hard for me to eat lately and I've lost weight. I need to lose weight but not like this. Yoga use to help me quite a bit but not so much anymore. I journal a lot now. It helps at times and I try to counter negative thoughts with positives thoughts. Over the last few months nothing seems to work for a good amount of time. It is a struggle every day. Be kind to yourself and know you are not alone.
