I tend to read or write. If our heater is on I play the guitar quietly so as not to wake Mom.
Sometimes I get on the internet but that tends to make me more awake even though I have Flux so I try not to do that often.
If I'm feeling a little tired I lie in bed and listen to music. Music soothes me. I could listen to Fiona Apple and Rob Zombie and both would be just as relaxing.
