Thankyou for the tips! Unfortunately I didnt see this thread again before finishing the CDs that I had.
I got back to being able to meditate and relax again, but the anxiety during sessions did come and go. One day I'd be anxious during it and the next few days I'd be fine.
I did really enjoy the holosync over all and wish I was in the financial position to continue. I do think it had a positive affect on me overall. I cannot say for sure if it was just the act of meditation or the actual beats but I did notice an improvement in my symptoms, however slight at times.
I stopped meditating a few weeks ago as my OCD got so severe it was just too distressing to lay alone with my thoughts (I was no longer using the holosync cd at the time). I'd like to go back to meditating but I think I need some short meditations, I will look into it more but the way my head is at the moment it is difficult. I tried guided meditation in the hospital but had a panic attack so I havent tried again. I know I should, and I will, I just need some time.
I truly appreciate the support from you all in this thread. And for those wondering I certainly think Holosync is worth a try, especially if you are struggling with meditation.
