Interesting. I'm flipped with you haha when I'm in college I'm ridiculously depressed and when I'm home I get better. First off, congrats on getting through college (I hope I get there eventually) and I'm sorry you feel that way at home. I think one of the easier things is just to get out of the house if it's not a good place for you to be. Can you do some volunteer work? Maybe at the library or something that isn't too active. I also find it useful to join groups and just try to build a fairly busy schedule without overwhelming yourself. There was a chess club I used to go to at a local Starbucks every week which was pretty fun for me anyway. And I always find starting new hobbies to be fun and time consuming.
