Having a septum piercing is cool because when you're at work you can just flip it up plus there is a lot of jewelry for septum piercings like clickers. BVLA has one of the best jewelry for body piercings and their clickers are gorgeous.

I personally think having double nostril piercings (the studs) and a septum piecing is pretty cool/cute. To get an idea of what you want try looking at a piercing shop's instagram if they have one. I follow the piercing shop I went to and they do an amazing job.
