I have felt the same way, Des! It's okay to let out your rage ... as long as you don't hurt others or yourself.
You have a perfect right to your emotions. No one can take that away from you.
Some safe ways to do this is to go for a power walk, stomp, swing your arms.
Beat the heck our of a pillow or two... or however many it takes... as long as they are your pillows.
Throw rocks at the ground or other rocks but make sure they don't rickochette and hurt something or someone.
Write about your rage. Express it fully. When you're done, rip up the paper and throw it in the trash where it belongs right along with your rage.
