Hi. I have been on Ssdi since 2010. Since then I've been in the psych ward, received additional diagnosis of ptsd & major depressive disorder, and had to list I'm in AA bc my pdoc put that into his notes. I filled out my list of daily activities, meds, capabilites etc. Today I get a letter stating that the Dr and staff reviewed the forms I mailed back, expect me to improve, and will send out more paperwork in 2017!!! WTF? I'm totally freaking out right now.
Has anyone dealt with this ****???
