Dear thickntired,

IT is going to be okay, dont panic. 2017 is a long time from today.
It is good news that you are doing better and expect improvements.
I have a final judgement of 100% total permanent disability and doctors declare my treatment as palliative not curative and I still get reevaluations letters every year!
These letters are from 3 party independent doctors. ( that my employer pays for )

So what does a final judgement of 100% total permanent disability really mean, I don't know.

SSDI is investigating everyone. They will spend extra dollars to hire PI to follow you, listening to phone and text, facebook pages. Be honest and you will be fine.

The letter sounds threatening but it is common.
Your goals should be on getting to be the best you can.
Doctors notes indicate they are on your side, which is to get better.
If they stated you weren't being cooperative, not taking meds, no show for appointments then you should be concerned.

Please don't freak out, you are okay and when in 2017 they ask for updates, this is the process they need to fill out.
Sincerely,
Happiedasiy
