Hi Davey, good to hear from you. My doc prescribed me a short course of valium 4mg as and when needed up to 3 times a day. I wasn't particularly happy with his decision as he hadn't even checked this out with my psychiatrist first!

My own psych is a big believer in Sertraline for depression/anxiety, but I can't see that its helping me at all -in fact I feel worse than ever.

I will read up on that info, many thanks and much appreciated.
