Yes Hellion I agree! My husband was saying they've probably stepped up the criteria. I know a lot of ppl were working the system by going so far as to cash deceased ppl's checks and tons of $ was released by the gov't in error. What I was thinking is with sobriety ppl do often improve but that's not counting bipolar etc. In the 90's addiction and alcoholism were considered disabilities lol
