exT got nervous few times when he was not comfortable with things which I told him. He was getting very defensive or asking me "why are telling me this?!".

Till now I haven't seen my current T nervous, she's always very very calm and warm; however, sometimes she looks really worried and her eyes become full of compassion and sadness - that's a bit annoying but no stress visible...
