Well yeah people who do legitimately abuse the system should face legal consequences. But especially with mental illness it can get more tricky...I mean despite my disabling mental conditions that got me approved for SSI I am still able to do some activities....so yeah I suppose I'd be a little concerned they might make a judgement not really based on medical evidence...like 'you go to concerts so clearly you're not disabled and can work' I could imagine I'd post if I went to a concert on facebook.

Also though depending on ones physical injury they may still be able to do some physical activity....and still be considered disabled unless paralysis is the only physical ailment people can get SSI/SSDI for.
