I do have bipolar, though it does not come up on neuropsych testing (but I was taking Lithium when I was tested in late 2012 and late 2013 - it didn't occur to me to get a test when I was not on meds). I also have anxiety of a non-social kind (say, if I am anxious, I stop eating and drinking, but I can still reconcile spreafsheets and make presentations, so basic functioning gives out while high functioning keeps kicking), and I have a separate dx for it (300- garden variety anxiety nos). I have hypothyroidism due to Lithium. Also have migraine headaches.
