Ok, you are old enough to have a conversation with her when she is not enraged. Tell her that you will try to commit her as a danger to others if she does not keep regular appointments with her psychiatrist and goes into rage again. Just calmly and matter-of-factly, tell her that she is not to test anybody's limits again. Express sympathy, of course, and don't sound judgmental or harsh, but simply lay out your plan. You can also write a letter to her psychiatrist if you know the name. The pdoc cannot tell you anything, due to HIPAA, but they can take input from you.
