I envy those who are not affected a bit. I have trouble in a couple areas, one is reading about similar situations to mine, that can sometimes cause me a lot of anxiety and dissociation if I overdo it. The other is responding to posts that get contentious.... it's a bit easier I guess, with PTS, to become riled up, and have it last longer and be more agitating than without PTS, and that's true in my experience. When I'm in an upsetting conversation here, I have a hard time calming down.
