REACH OUT!!!

I'm so sorry...it's awful when we put faith, and have a good start, with a new medication.....only to be disappointed. We can't handle disappointment like people "out there" can...it seems to me anyway....

But don't sink too deep that you can't make that phone call....Have you tried Omega 3?..Fish oil. It does a lot of good for ALL parts of us, but it does have some effect on depression...I will see if I can find the info for you if you're interested...
