I have taken fish oil on and off in the past. I have a bottle of it and vitamin D and Sam E and some other one that has to be prescribed and is sort of vitamin B. I quit taking them. I will go take them right now.
It is very frustrating. I do see my pdoc in two weeks and the plan is to go off effexor and try one of the new ones. Viibrydyl I think it is called. I can call monday. he wanted me to call anyway to see how the lamictal was doing. I can't afford the new one unless I can qualify for the drug company program if they have one.
