Warning....Dr Sears sells his own brand so take this for what it's worth....but his article is easy to understand and does refer to some "real" studies.

I take his brand because it's pharmaceutical grade, which apparently matters (in other words....BlankMart brand may not do too much. I also take four a day...and you have to give it about three months...

And, as always, check with your doctor....or do your own research with regards to how it may affect what you are currently taking...(you know the drill......)
