Its bad again... Pretty bad...
I've started counting calories again... I've eaten less calories in the last two days and than according to this health site I was on I should eat at least 1400 a day.
I can't stop myself.
Every time I look in the mirror all I see is fat, I hate it...
Please someone help me get out of this frame of mind...
I feel myself reaching the point where ill stop eating again and start taking laxatives... Along with my exercise regime ill lose it all so quickly... It'll be great but I know its bad...
