Hi neverforget, really sorry that you're finding it hard right now, but with SI there often isn't a "little by little" if you've already been cutting badly. What you think is going to be just one/two small cuts (?) can escalate way faster than you imagine. So the best you can do is, try not to let it in again.
And who says 15 days without is "not a lot"???!!!! For some people 1 day without is MASSIVE!!! If you've found it hard it IS "a lot"
and a lot more than a lot!!! Every day counts!!!
So what do you think might help e.g. talking to someone, finding
full on distractions, writing down how you're feeling, getting away from temptations or getting them away from you, letting out the feelings in another way?? It's maybe as much as trying to find
something that can help you through this period?? Maybe try as many ways as you can think of (or are on here!!) if you need to. Don't give up!!!
