I can't write a lot right now...but, I want to thank everyone for posting!! It's really helpful. I am definitely going to start reading more, maybe even go to the library some. Those are two things I could probably do more of. I might also start some sort of group in my local area to keep me busy...when your unemployed and looking for a job, life feels so boring and lonely all the time... it's easier to deal with depression when you have a lot of stuff to keep you occupied... I stay in my room like every day because I didn't have a car for a while...I have a car now so maybe this will help with my depression because maybe I will be able to get out more and do things ...because it is seriously not healthy for me to say in my room all day...that's when the flashbacks come. ughh Thanks again for any suggestions though!
