I can understand why you feel so lost right now
Its a hard one to answer. For me if I sleep 12 hours, I bring on depression. I need to sleep less than 10, 8 ideally. Meds wise you need to commit to taking it, If you think you are going to stop taking them its probably best not to take something new as that can really mess with you stopping and starting all different types. Are you comfortable with your current med? Is there a risk of mania if you up the current med?
Im glad you are slowly making progress, will you have therapy and pdoc set up for you in your new area? Will you be able to contact them in an emergency situation?
