This might be you natural circadian rhythm. Our bodies have this clock that it likes to be on, and it will try to return to it if we get it off track.
Have you heard of this? Perhaps you are naturally a "morning person"?
Reducing anxiety is always a good idea, and trying to be sure to get enough sleep, say... 7 hours means going to bed by 10p as many nights as you can manage.
Sometimes we just have to work with what nature gave us...
