I am on ssd for bp2 anxiety depression and bpd. Sounds like you have all the same diagnoses as I do except fir the bpd. Anyways I know the way ss deals with psychiatric evals cause i went through it. I of course not at liberty to say you'd get it but I know I did fir the exact same illnesses. Do you have an attorney to help you get it? If not I would suggest getting one. That is how I did it. I.first tried to get it on my own and got denied. Then I got an attorney and got it about 1 1/2 to 2 years later so it does take time to get it but not always. We had to get records from many difficult drs and specialists which spanned over years of treatment. I also kept getting fired at jobs for not being able to do the work given to me. I missed work because of it which it sounds like that is the case with you. So it can take a while to get it. Do you have alot of records which document yr illness? On a side note I think that intensive outpatient program sounds like a great idea to help you. I have many similar problems leaving the house. I'm constantly scared of the world and the bad things that happen to people when they leave their house. Sounds corny but it's my reality. I am now able to hold down a pt job along with getting ssd. I still have major problems leaving the house but I face it head on ave it's very difficult. But i have no choice. I need the extra money to help pay for my meds and with rent etc. I get a good amt from my ssd but it's not enough money to live in it all alone. I also am a single parent of a child so I am the bread winner. I hope all this helps you. Feel free to write me back and I'll try and answer any questions you have. Take care
