. Although I don't meditate like Gus, what I do is slightly similar to meditation. I try to give myself some 'me' time - reading a book, listening to music, knitting - something that's calming and focusses on the present rather than letting my mind wander off into anxiety. It might not be your thing, but if it is, perhaps there might be something similar that you could focus on doing before bed that is neutral/calming? It might help clear your head a bit
