For me stable is improving in my real problematic areas.

1. Flying off the handle easily 2. Frequent impulsive shopping, piercing and tattoos 3. Threatening people and really meaning it (and really scaring them) 4. Road rage 5. Carrying weapons 6. Getting into physical fights 7. Cussing people out on FB.

When I do not do these things or improve I feel I'm stable. Because I'm able to be productive and spend my time doing less damage control.
