sept its not acrylic, its fibreglass, i can go into any hardware store and buy the industrial version thats used on real cars, it comes in 2 parts, liquid resin and liquid fixer, but get the mix ratio wrong and it will just eat the plastic, the smallest industrial amount i can buy is 1/2 litre of resin and it only needs 25ml of fixer for the entire lot, in the amounts i will be using at any one time, even a superfine paintbrush dipped in fixer would be to much for the amount needed, we are talking about the size of a mung bean size portion at a time, with the fingernail version the fixer is already mixed in so i dont have to worry about that.

sky i like chewing my nails, it is getting harder to chew my toenails nowadays though lol

acrylic resin is readilly available also but i wont be able to spray paint the shells of the cars has the paint wont stick properly, i have tryed it before and customising the shells is a major part of the job, it looks rubbish with pot paints, they need to look has profesional has possible for any chance for me to resell them
