I take Omega-3 Fish Oils daily, along with 4000U of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C. I don't experience any fishy burps. I take up to 16-capsules per day totaling 8Gms of EPA and 4Gms of DHA. I began taking Omega-3 after reading (3) books recommending the use of Omega-3 EFA's for Depression/mood disorders.
